FounderA former Eircom engineer with 20 years of telecommunications experience, Francis founded NetTraffic to bring personalised service and modern voice technology to Irish businesses.

Director, since 2018Rejoined NetTraffic after gaining extensive international experience in Cloud PBX infrastructure and global telecommunications partnerships.

VoIP Support EngineerRichard joined NetTraffic in 2017 as a Network Technician. In 2018, he discovered his passion for configuring phone systems and helping customers resolve various issues as a VoIP Support Engineer. Outside work, he enjoys anime, manga and manhwa, and getting out into nature for walks and runs.
